A bit disappointing dinner at Kenji Tei. The service just made it worst. Plus, how come my Wakame Ramen doesn’t have a white broth (not in the photo)? Is there variations of Wakame Ramen that I should know. My Wakame Ramen looks liked Soyu Ramen. (Taken with Instagram at Kenji Tei Ramen House)
